Hassan Yisa started his career as pioneer Accountant with Truluck International Nigeria Limited, a logistics company, before his journey to financial industry. He started his banking career with Mayfield MFB as Ag. Finance & Admin Manager and later joined erstwhile Equitorial Trust Bank as a credit analyst manning the Energy and Corporate Banking credit table.
He later moved to Sterling Bank Plc subsequent to the merger between Equitorial Trust Bank and Sterling Bank as a Credit Assessment Officer. He left Sterling Bank in 2012 to join FCSL Group as a Deputy Manager responsible for credit and marketing. He later became the Acting Head of Credit before he left the company. He has considerable knowledge of non-interest finance and has attended several courses.
Hassan is a member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, he bags his first and second degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife respectively.

Emeka holds a B.SC in Marketing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology and an M.Sc. in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Lagos. He also obtained an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK, in 2016.
He started his career in 2003 at Zacosem Energy Resources Limited Portharcout as Assistant Depot Representative, before moving to Diamond Bank as a Central Clearing Services Officer in the same year. While in Diamond Bank, he worked and garnered a wealth of experience across Branch and Regional Operation Services, Product Management, Business Banking, and e-business culminating to his becoming the Group Head e-Channel Services in 2010 with a responsibility to drive the digitalization of the bank services and the customer adoption of such services as a preferred way of banking.
He joined Page International Financial Services (PIFSL) in 2015 as Head Digital Business and thereafter was appointed the Group Head of Retail Banking from where he rose to become the Vice President, Corporate Lending and Strategic Partnerships, a role that saw him leverage on his digital business competence to build business alliances with several corporates and Page.
He is a Certified Card and Payment Professional (CCPP) of the prestigious Lafferty Institute of Retail Banking Academy, UK, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria (CIBN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He joined Fast Credit Limited as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in April 2018 and in January 2019, he was appointed as the Acting Managing Director and following an exceptional performance, he was promoted to the board on 1st October 2019 as a director where he oversees amongst other responsibilities; the company’s Business and Corporate Strategy.
Mr. Eddie Osarenkhoe – MD/CEO of TFS Finance ltd. He studied Accountancy at Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in June 1980. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Taxation, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also holds an MBA from Edo State University.
His working experience of over three decades cuts across Accounting, Tax Management, Audit, Treasury and Investment Management, Human Resources, Administration Management / Financial Consultancy and Finance.
Mr. Osarenkhoe’s working career started with Bendel Insurance Company Plc, Benin City, where he left in 1993 as AGM (Audit) to Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc as DGM (Finance and Administration). He later left the Insurance Industry for Consultancy in January 2000 and started with Index Consulting Limited, Lagos and later moved to Jireh Consulting in 2001. He later incorporated a firm of Financial / Management Consultancy (TFS Limited) in February 2003 which brought to the fore, opportunities in the financial sector and this ultimately resulted in the formation of TFS Finance Limited.
Mr. Osarenkhoe has attended many Local and International courses and seminars in Management, Insurance, Finance, and SME Project Financing/Management. The above credentials make him fully equipped to provide leadership to TFS Finance Limited.
