Mr. Bidemi Oladipupo
Bidemi Oladipupo is the Co-founder of Anchor Heritage Initiative. He oversees the operational activities of the organization which focuses on giving Legal aid to the less privileged who have been unjustly incarcerated, empowering them with valuable skills needed to thrive in the society and an after care follow up/mentoring initiative to released inmates.
His passion for service, love for mankind and concern for humanity has been the driving force behind the establishment and success stories of Anchor Heritage.
Bidemi started his working career with Sidmach Technologies Nig. Ltd as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and moved on to First City Monument Bank initially as a Funds transfer/clearing officer and then to the Corporate Audit Unit at the Head Office of the Bank. He was a recipient of the CBN award for his outstanding performance and attention to details.
He later moved on to Keystone Bank (previously known as Bank PHB) as an Operations Manager, a position he held for about 10 years before he yielded to the call for service and Founded Anchor Heritage. Today, he is doing what he is passionate about and is contributing to the re-engineering of processes that seem to have failed.
Aside his passion for service and humanity, Bidemi also loves listening to music, driving, travelling, beautifying spaces and discovering new places.

Tunde Ajayi
Air Vice Marshal(Rtd) Tunde Ajayi was born in Benin-City on the 12th July 1948.
He attended the Nigerian Military School, Zaria, The Nigeria Defense Academy, Kaduna and Served briefly with the Nigerian Army Signals.
He is a graduate of the Royal Air Force College Cronwell, UK, where he studied Aircraft Engineering.
He is an alumni of the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, the Command and Staff College-Jaji and the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
He returned as a directing staff and senior Directing staff respectively to the two latter institutions and was College Secretary of the National War College (now the National Defense College), Abuja.
In the later years before his retirement, he was appointed the Air Officer Logistics at the Nigerian Air Force Headquarters. With this appointment, he was saddled with the responsibility of formulating policies for the operation of the logistics units and matters within the Air Force.
His last appointment was as Chief of Defense communications at the Defense Headquarters, a position he held until he voluntarily retired in June 1999 on the rank of Air Vice Marshal. He is presently the Zonal Chairman (Zone3) Fountain of Hope International, a member of the Board of Trustees Ijebu-Mushin Development Association and brings in his love and passion for humanity to the Board of AHI (Anchor Heritage Initiative).

Ololade Oladipupo
Ololade Oladipupo was called to the Nigerian bar in 2005 and has close to 15 years’ experience in Corporate & Commercial Law, Finance, Projects & Infrastructure. She started her legal career in 2007 with one of the leading law firms, Templars Barristers & Solicitors, before moving on to Alliance law firm in 2012. She advised on various key transactions in both firms and also provided company secretarial duties to clients. She is currently the Head of Legal in a leading real estate company where she provides her support in risk management, corporate governance, contract management and legal advisory.She has held this position for 7 years. Ololade holds a Master of Law (with Distinction) in International Trade & Commercial Law from Durham University and she brings to AHI board her wealth of knowledge and experience. Her love for humanity and inmates’ wellbeing is evident in her involvement in AHI.

Daniel-Ayoade

Mrs. Yewande Daniel-Ayoade
Yewande is a Management Consultant with over two decades of experience supporting technology implementations and organizational transformation initiatives. After obtaining a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, she spent two years in the banking industry before transitioning to consulting.
Yewande began her management consulting career at Accenture, where she provided HR consulting services to the Financial Services industry. She then proceeded to the United States where she obtained an MBA degree from Emory University, Atlanta.
She spent another six years working with Deloitte and Clarkston Consulting before establishing her own Consulting Company.
As a self-employed consultant, she provides change management, training, and organizational development services in Calgary, Canada where her reputation keeps her in very high demand with her Oil and Gas clients, Yewande is also an Amazon best-selling children's book author and presently on the board of Anchor Heritage Initiative.
